You will not just write codes as a developer at Senacor: In complex IT transformations you will develop critical parts of the system or system integration and find excellent solutions for technical challenges using modern Java and JavaScript technologies far beyond Hello World. You will not be swimming with the masses here, but assume a main role with our clients on-site and embody software craftsmanship in our projects. You can show what your heart is beating for in our internal innovation labs and code camps, where you will never stop learning to always improve.

You choose your preferred home venue: Berlin, Bonn, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Nuremberg, Stuttgart or Vienna. According to the 4-3-1 principle, you spend 4 days at the client’s office, a max. of 3 nights at the project location and your Fridays at your home venue.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing user stories that inspire
  • Designing code that makes sense
  • Writing and delivering software continuously
  • Testing code so that bugs have no chance
  • Developing architecture which is scalable

Your Profile

  • Above-average university degree 
  • Detailed knowledge of traditional and agile software development with Java, JEE or JavaScript
  • Enthusiasm for: Simplicity, Reactive Architectures, Vertical Scaling, Polyglot Persistence, Zero-Downtime, Agile/Lean Development, Continuous Delivery, DevOps, Cross-Functional Teams, Design Thinking, ...
  • Team spirit, communication skills, pragmatism and the necessary appetite

Passive knowledge of German required.
