The organisation is systematically focused on the project business with our clients and therefore dispenses with classic departmental structures. The company is run through a project organisation by a broad partnership that participates in the company’s success and is directly involved in the client projects.
Project organisation: Our project-oriented teams are tailored to the respective client. As Client Service Teams (CSTs), they are autonomous profit centres and responsible to one or more of the partners.
Senior professionals (especially managing consultants) manage the client projects and assume supervision of the project employees. Employees can flexibly switch teams in keeping with the client’s needs, their own preferences and their personal development goals.
Cross-project competence centre: Experts or experts-in-training are organised into individual topics of expertise (primarily IT disciplines). Senior professionals (managing consultants, architects, etc.) run the competence centres.
